I just happened to stubble across my new kittens photo on the hill country spca facebook group and put in an application the same. I’m so glad I called because honestly I’m to impatient to wait for an email. But the told me I was approved to adopt. I’m so glad they were completely transparent about how the set up for the meet me is basically if you don’t go that day and set for another day there is a chance someone can adopt as the animal is only on hold the day of the meet. So I’m so glad she explained that to me. Long story short we have a new family member we have changed the name from ringling to Louie. He is adorable and we can’t wait to make memories. The staff was so kind and I am so glad I made the trip out there.

Great process adopting, staff was very professional and up front about things

We brought our rescue in for her distemper and nail clip. The staff was so wonderful. Poor Madison thought she was in big trouble. But, they held her and calmed her and accomplished the tasks!!!!

Mackenzie was wonderfully helpful in helping us choose the right dog for our family. The staff there is kind and loving towards the animals, and it shows.

The staff was excellent & extremely helpful when I came here to meet my new family member with my mother. The animals were very well cared for and loving. Everyone here truly has a passion for this work.
